Privacy Policy
What this site collects, how cookies and analytics are used, and how contact-form submissions are handled.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information this site collects when you visit, why, and what say you have over it. This is an independent information site: it has no player accounts, doesn’t process deposits or bets, and doesn’t collect anything on Rexbet’s behalf.
What We Collect
Two categories of information reach us. The first is gathered automatically as you browse: which pages you visit, roughly where from (based on IP address, not a precise location), the type of device and browser you’re using, and which site sent you here if you followed a link. The second is what you type in yourself: if you use our Contact page, that’s the name, email address and message you submit.
Cookies and Analytics
This site may set cookies or use similar technology to understand which pages get read and how visitors move through the site, information we use to decide what to write next or fix. This is aggregate traffic information, not a profile built around you individually. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time; doing so may change how parts of the site look but won’t stop you from reading its pages.
Contact Form Submissions
Anything you submit through our Contact page is used only to read and reply to your message. We don’t add it to a mailing list, sell it, or pass it to Rexbet or any other operator. The form exists for questions and corrections about this site, not your Rexbet account.
Third-Party and Affiliate Links
Several links on this site, including the ones pointing to Rexbet, are affiliate links: following one and signing up may earn this site a commission, at no extra cost to you. Clicking through hands you off to that site’s own privacy practices, which we don’t control. The same applies to the Canadian support organisations linked from our Responsible Gambling page. They’re independent of this site and set their own privacy terms.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as it takes to deal with them, and don’t hold onto them for any other purpose afterward. Aggregate analytics data may be kept longer, but not in a form built to identify you personally.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect any information submitted through this site, but no method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security for anything you submit.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit a site. There’s no single standard yet for how sites should respond to that signal, and this site does not currently change its behaviour based on it.
Your Choices
You’re never required to use the contact form or give us anything beyond a name and email address if you do. Cookie and tracking controls in your browser apply to this site the same as any other, and using them doesn’t limit anything else the site offers.
Age Notice
This site discusses a product intended for players 19 and older, or 18 and older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone below that age, and this site isn’t directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as the site changes; whatever’s posted here is the current version. This is a general policy written for an informational website and is worth reviewing against your own legal obligations before relying on it for anything beyond this site.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request to see, correct or delete what you’ve submitted through our contact form, can go through our Contact page.
